Monte Workforce

Rosters, clock-ins and timesheets that fit your business.

A workforce system tailored to how your business actually runs — not a generic tool you bend around.

See it working

The public demo runs a full fake café — staff, shifts, tasks, leave requests, the lot. No login needed: open the live demo and click between the manager and staff views.

What it covers

A week with it

For staff: open the app, see your shifts for the week, clock in when you start, clock out when you're done. Your hours and what that means in dollars are right there — no chasing the manager for "how many hours did I work?" Need a day off? Put the leave request in the same place you checked your roster.

For managers: build the week's roster in minutes — colour-coded by team, rates per role so you can see labour cost as you drag shifts around. Clock-ins land on the timesheet automatically; discrepancies (started late, forgot to clock out) surface instead of hiding. Payroll week becomes "export the timesheet" instead of "reconstruct the week from memory and texts."

Tailored, not generic

Every deployment is configured to the business — your roles, your teams, your pay rules, your branding. A café, a tradie crew and a retail shop don't roster the same way, and the system shouldn't pretend they do. Casual loadings, split shifts, multiple locations, salaried staff mixed with casuals — it's set up around how you actually pay people.

Setup

We do the build: sit down (or call) to map your roles, teams and pay rules → configure the system → load your staff in → walk you and the team through it. Most businesses are live inside a couple of weeks, and staff don't need training beyond "open it, tap clock in."

Does it talk to our payroll software?

Timesheets export in the formats payroll actually wants — and if you're on Xero, MYOB or similar we can look at a direct hookup as part of setup. Tell us what you run and we'll tell you what's possible.

What stops staff clocking in from home?

Clock-ins can be restricted — on-site only (by location/network), time-windowed around shift start, or flagged for review if something looks off. The demo doesn't lock it down; your deployment can.

How many staff does it suit?

It's built for small-to-mid teams — the 5-to-50 range where spreadsheets and group chats stop working but enterprise roster software is overkill and overpriced. If you're bigger than that, tell us — it scales, we just scope it properly.

What it costs

Setup is scoped per business (size and payroll complexity decide it) with a flat monthly after that. Tell us about your team and we'll price it honestly.
