Monitoring, backups, updates and deploy checks — with real humans who notice when something breaks.
Here's the actual flow: our monitor trips → we get alerted (not you, at 2am — us) → we diagnose → if it's ours to fix, we fix it; if it needs you, you get one clear message saying what's wrong and what we need. No ticket queue, no "have you tried turning it off and on again."
Small stuff — a plugin update that borks a layout, a form that stops sending — is usually fixed before you'd have noticed it was broken. That's the point of the plan.
Included: everything above, plus a reasonable amount of small content changes each month — swap a photo, change your hours, post a special. Extra: new pages, redesigns, new features — those get quoted as work, and being on a care plan means you get quoted first and honestly.
Anyone whose website matters but isn't their day job. Tradies, cafés, clinics, shops — you run the business; we keep the site alive, fast and current. It's also the natural follow-on from a site we build: the people who wrote the code are the people watching it.
Most "maintenance plans" are a plugin auto-updater and an invoice. Ours is the same supervision stack we run on our own products — Monte's whole ecosystem stays up because this exists. You're not paying for a dashboard; you're paying for the fact that someone competent is actually watching.
No — we take over care of existing sites too, as long as we can get access to the hosting and codebase. We'll do a quick health check first and tell you honestly if the site's in a state we can responsibly maintain.
Prevention is the plan's job — patched software, watched certificates, no forgotten admin panels. If something still gets through, cleanup and restore from backup is covered work, not a surprise extra invoice.
Monthly, cancel whenever. If you leave, you get a clean handover — your backups, your access details, a note on how it's all wired. Holding your site hostage isn't a business model, it's just rude.
Flat monthly, scaled to the site — tell us what you're running for a quote.
