AI Integrations

AI where it does real work.

OpenAI-powered features built into your site, your bot or your back-office — where they genuinely help, not as a sticker on the brochure.

What we integrate

What that looks like in practice

A real one: enquiries land in your inbox → AI reads each one → drafts a reply in your tone, tags it (quote / booking / complaint / spam) → the urgent ones get pinged to you, the routine ones come back pre-drafted for a one-tap send. You're still the one hitting send — you're just not writing the same reply for the fortieth time.

Or: a chat widget on your site that actually knows your business — your services, your prices, your service area — and can answer "do you do X?" at 11pm and take the customer's details for tomorrow. Not a generic chatbot that apologises a lot; one trained on your material.

Built on OpenAI, scoped honestly

We build on OpenAI's APIs — the same models behind ChatGPT — wired into software that fits how your business works. And we'll tell you when AI isn't the answer; a rules-based system that never hallucinates beats a clever one that occasionally does. Plenty of "AI problems" are actually just automation problems, and the cheaper answer is the right one.

How a project runs

Describe the workflow that's eating your time → we tell you straight whether AI, plain automation, or nothing is the right fix → we build a small working version on real data before you commit to the full build → then production, with limits and guardrails set so it can't run up silly API bills or freestyle answers you wouldn't say.

Proof

Monte is our reference build — live voice AI, image generation, memory between chats, all running in production on Discord. Every AI feature we sell exists there first.

What about ongoing costs?

Two parts: the build (one-off, scoped) and OpenAI usage (billed at cost or rolled into a flat monthly, your call). We set spending caps so a busy month can't produce a scary bill — you'll always know the ceiling.

Is our data safe?

Your business data goes in as context for the model to work with — it's not used to train anything, and we can scope what does and doesn't get sent. If you've got compliance requirements, name them upfront and we'll design around them.

What if it gives a wrong answer?

Guardrails are part of the build: the AI sticks to what it's been given, escalates anything it's unsure about to a human, and never invents prices or policies. Wrong-answer-prone tasks stay with deterministic code — that's the honest-scoping part.

What it costs

Scoped per integration. Describe the workflow and we'll tell you what's possible and what it'd run.
